Well hello there~

All these contributors and they cover everything from Anime to the PS3. JAH here wasmolded in multimedia; grew up with the NES, Commodore64 and Atari; worked in DVD distribution with a company that was selling them before DVD players were on the market for consumers; got yelled at when people had poor Internet, sold T1’s, created websites for everything from Data Center servers to adult entertainment; worked with companies like Hitachi, Microsoft, and Vivid. I’m sorta out of the loop due to personal business going on at the moment, but something I still follow are advancements in technology. Haven’t seen posts on phones or… cars!
I know, phone you can understand as a multimedia outlet but a car? Absolutely. Its a screaming (or rumbling) multimedia instrument on wheels, preferably really fast wheels! Everyone wants a fast car and nowadays we’re all trying to go green to save money and our environment. Can we have both?

THE CCXR - THE FIRST GREEN SUPERCAR
The CCXR will take you to an entirely new level of performance. It is a derivative of the CCX, with a highly modified engine that can run on E85 and E100 Biofuel as well as normal 98 octane petrol (Europe). When run on regular petrol, the 4.7 litre twin-supercharged Koenigsegg engine delivers 806 Bhp, but this figure rises to an astonishing 1018 Bhp when the car is run on E85 Biofuel.
The CCXR is the first green supercar in the world and thereby sets a great example for others to follow. Since the ethanol in E85 fuel has a much higher octane rating and internal cooling capacity, the engine can run with higher compression, boost pressure and more spark advance compared to the normal petrol-fuelled CCX, whilst still maintaining the same exhaust temperature.
Performance:
  • Acceleration: 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) 3.1 seconds
  • 0-200 km/h 8.9 sec, 0-200-0 km/h 13.7 sec
  • Top Speed: 400+ km/h (250+ mph) (estimated)
  • Braking distance: 32m (100-0 km/h)
  • Lateral G-force: 1.4 G
  • Fuel consumption: Highway travel: 18 l/100km (E85 fuel), Combined: 22 l/100km (E85)
  • Weight-to-power ratio: 1.26 kg/hp
  • Weight distribution: 45% front, 55% rear
Aerodynamics
  • Cd. 0,33 Frontal area 1.867 m2
  • Total Downforce at 250 km/h: 100 kg
  • Flat underside of chassis. Venturi tunnels at rear of chassis/body
Hell there is even a ‘Special Edition’ for the person that has that extra gil to toss.

THE CCX EDITION AND CCXR EDITION - THE ULTIMATE EDITION
The Koenigsegg Edition has been created to break records in the traditional Koenigsegg way. Our aim with the Edition is to deliver superior performance - on the track, in a straight line and on country roads - and to do so in style and comfort.
According to our comparative studies, no other supercar can match the Edition in terms of power-to-weight ratio, aerodynamic balance, downforce and chassis stiffness. At the same time, the Edition maintains the CCX’s fantastic drivability and its ability to absorb uneven road surfaces like no other supercar.
Both models are fitted with a remapped, 4.8 litre twin-supercharged Koenigsegg engine, and have been track-tuned by the inclusion of modified shock absorbers, stiffer springs and anti-roll bars, reset dampers and a lowered chassis.
Downforce has been enhanced by the addition of an optimised rear wing, front winglets, a larger front splitter and nolder, all of which have been designed to create as much downforce as possible. In total the Edition produces over 350 kg of downforce at 250 km/h. The aerodynamics have been verified and optimized, both in CFD and during live testing on the Koenigsegg test track in Sweden and on various proving grounds in Europe.
The clean, Scandinavian design is accentuated by the clear lacquered finish, which reveals the bold, linear beauty of the carbon fibre construction. Each individual section of carbon fibre bodywork has been painstakingly matched and then joined together inside out like a tailored suit, to create a stunning pinstripe effect. The process is so time-consuming that it takes almost twice as much time to create the clear-coated visible carbon body compared to the normal painted carbon CCX body.
Production of the cars will be strictly limited: just 14 of the CCX Edition and 6 of the CCXR Edition will be made.
Performance
  • Acceleration: 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) 2.9 seconds
  • 0-200 km/h 8.75 sec. 0-200-0 km/h 13.55 sec.
  • Top Speed: 410+ km/h (254+ mph) (estimated)
  • Braking distance: 32m (100-0 km/h)
  • Lateral G-force: 1.5 G
  • Fuel consumption: Highway travel: 18 l/100 km (E85 fuel), Combined: 22 l/100km (E85)
  • Weight-to-power ratio: 1.26 kg/hp
  • Weight distribution: 45% front, 55% rear

So with that said, that is one bad ass ride and its cleaner then any other sports car on the planet. The regular CCX is actually already made to meet the strict standards my home state Cali has set on smog emissions. Hot babes and hot cars; go, go Sweaden.

It isn’t the latest game or anime, and it aint the latest software or one of my own personal experiences. But god damn it, I’m Geek for high tech and this car is that. Which bumps it up there with my list of dream cars. Doesn’t top the DBS I want or the Baracuda that huants me in my dreams, but it is up there. Wonder if it comes with a 1 CD changer or 6… or audio-in for iPod/Zune support…. Well it’s back to HD television for me. Until next time, stay connected with the rest of the G’s when you’re drifting too far offline.

P.S. Oh ya, I forget to mention I did press releases for my last job so I tend to post walls of text?
